Transparecy doesn't work ingame [Solved]

Hey all.
I have been working on a tropical map for my PotC mod. It also must contain palm trees so I made some. But the transparecy doesn't show up in game. The parts which actually must be invisible are black. Like in XSi but not in ZeroEditor.
Hidden/Spoiler:

These are the steps I took:
1. Cut out a palm leaf from cgTextures.
2. Put it into a 1024*512 image where an Alpha Channel already has been added (Plus that the white image is "removed" with the rubber tool).
3. Saved as a .tga file.

I really hope you know what may causes this problem.
Big thanks in advance.

You need to enable hard-edged and double-sided transparency in the palm leaf's material. ;)

The leaves are not double sided. I had no clue how to double side meshes in battlefront II. But how to enable these functions?
