how can I make the rain on the ground leaves holes? like in this video?

That's not making holes. The splash effect for the rain was just edited to be a mini explosion. That's all you have to do.

you will need to look up the file com_sfx_rainsplash under data_MODID -> common -> effects and mix it to your liking.
you'll also have to edit the fx text file under data_MODID -> worlds -> MODID -> world1 to have rain. you can always copy the lines from the kamino fx file.
note: MODID = three letter name for your map
