I have the tools and stuff but how do I edit your starting resources and command points for both good and evil factions?

I think you open up the ini.big with NotePad then you find it in there.

CyclinDP already made a mod like that, great stuff.
But yes its in the .ini file, if you want to do it yourself.

I found the line in the ini.big, but my changes won't show up ingame!
