Whenever I try to start Battlefront, it loads for about 10 seconds, and then comes up with this:
Buffer overrun detected!
Program: .../Gamedata/StarWarsBattlefront.exe
A Buffer overrun has been detected that has corrupted the game's internal state. The game will now close.
I need help!!!!!!

Do you have the new patch 1.2? If you don't download it or get rid of the AddOn folder

I did have the latest patches, and all, but then itjust came up with that message one day, so I uninstalled and installed again, but that didn't fix it either.

I've reinstalled it, removing everything twice since it started, and it still hasn't fixed.

Is your warranty over or did you buy it off ebay like I did?

First of all, have you downloaded the patches? If you have some custom maps in your addons folder, and you don't have the latest patches that happens.

here is the problem: you deleted ALL the maps in your AddOn folder, which INCLUDES Jabba's Palace, right? I think that may cause the problems

Yes : In order to work properly, SWBF must have Jabba's Palace in the "AddOn" folder. But if you have let it, it's very weird...
