SHHHHHHHHH Arty thats my idea! Well, there really wont be swords, but ill tell ya this part of the story: The CIS sent out spies to steal some of the Republics Rifle ammo. The Clones will still fight with their guns, but they will be using them as swords and knives. Theres one other cool change on the CIS side. But im not gonna give it away.

And IpodZanyMan, how do you get ambushes to work?
-I was working on it then the link in the "everything you need to know thread" died so I cannot access the information I need, I'm trying to find the thread but cannot.....

ok i have an update for you all now! (i bet your thinking its about time!)
ok first of all the map is
VERY complex, it has many new aspects to it such as the tunnel is perfect and the terrain is fine as gold. the terrain has many new hills and bumps. the sky is now a black. the sky has no sun so. the whole battlefield is darker so it has that eerie/creppy feel.
the planning on the level is completely set up so round the middle mountain there is a huge battle and i mean huge! the walkers no longer try to walk up the mountain as the new planning sorts that out!
the ai in the level is very good now. and the amount in the level for each side at one time is about 230 (EACH!!) and there is no lag! suprised! so there is some massive battles.
i have though about this long and hard and i think that the name should be Republic Dooms Day: Frozen Flesh
the sides are now almost perfect. the skins are superb and the best skins i have seen ever (dragon93) he did the republic and Ipodzanyman and i did the cis!
Clone Commando Boss is now also in this level!

All you need is a name for your legion

add some ambushing paths of wampas, and make the map a bit creepier....The skins are great though....

the name for the legion is 22nd snow corps. hehe im going to add an ambush of wampas. and the i dont no what to do to make the map creepier. can you give me some ideas?

Add rain or snow. Downed AT-ATs. Dirt/sludge/battlewounds on troopers. That will help a lot. I like the dark sky, but it just seems so... plain.

well the pics are very different to what i have now the whole battlefeild is much darker. i have already got snow falling. :S and i cant really help the sky now it is perfect when you are playing i think. i will add some down at-te's and i wont be editing the skins but i will be having older troopers dead all over the battlefeild with dirt snow and blood on them.

Hey "Guitarguy", Their actually Qdin's models not mine....I just reskinned them, and if noone heard I lost my map files so I'll start working on that now.....

Screens look nery vice. Especially the clone commando skin is fine work.
You-sa me-sa includen in da credits ? *looks at wazmol69 servilely* I had this little name idea.
Mhh, if there's no sun, the snow shouldn't be that bright. I think there was file you could use to edit all colors at once, wasn't it ?
Are there lots of trenches, and does the AI use these trenches ? I love trenches (don't ask why, I simply do)

Definitely the second one.. It would be nice if you could texture the moon however - its a little too bright as is. A moon that close (or large) should have some sort of definition - craters, scars etc to define it a little more. Otherwise it looks like a very large.... lightsource - it could be a sun for all we know.

Thats going to be hard to do, because I assume your just messing around with the alpha of the sun flares. Perhaps you could make it like a solar eclipse or a lunar exlips i forget, so the outside would be bright orange and the inside would be black. Sounds like a dumb idea because im sitting sideways and not trying to be real clear, so pardon the vagueness. but you should get the idea..

That second moon is a bad idea, because no actual moon would ever have a dark fringe all the way around. If you want to darken one side, that's ok, but for the effect to be the way you have it, you'd have to have a really small sun that was prohibitively close to the moon.

THE GUITAR IS BACK BIZZIEZ! I got MY computer back which gives me the mod tools. I cant start it tonight, or tomorrow cuz its my B-Day tomorrow (turning 12

) But expect the new CIM pack to be good. And Wazmol nice pics!

I've got a GREAT idea (Well, I think so.):
Make a cave in side the mountain, I suggest the Rhen Var ice caves, and put one section where wampas spawn, and the walls are dirtied with blood, and a dead clone trooper hanging from the ceiling (The body with no arm). Maybe if possibl, make blood effects, dripping from his body! The reason why I say hang em from the ceiling is because when the wampa took Luke, it hung him upside down on the ceiling.
There is my idea, just don't put any republic or CIS spawns in the tunnels. There it is for GOOD creepy effect!
