"Targa type 10 not currently supported" ? [Solved]

This is the first time I've seen this one. is there a way to fix it?

sometimes it happen when you munge maps, what dimensiones have the wood.tga??

ouch is strange but about it, it look like something os wrong on rep_inf_ep3_rifleman.req file, maybe wrongs "{}" into it

Because I haven't made the mistake in years I've only a vague memory of it, but that looks like the error you get when you try to munge a targa that has RLE compression enabled. Open it in GIMP, hit Save As, and uncheck the RLE Compression box. You have to do this for every single time you save a texture.

yes that's it, I remember doing it with all the other textures, but 'cause I changed this one a bit I guess I forgot to do that.

no the req should be fine, I just copied and pasted the one from the stock sides. I am running a clean to see if that's going to fix it.

Have some simular problems when saving with Photoshop elements, too. Open with paint.net and save and it works. Also the alpha chanel thing depense on the software you use. Pse: corrects the transparent parts with black, paint.net: shows it transparent. Haven't found out how to show it tramsparent in pse
