com_prop_buildzone issues

Ok, I might not be a noob to modding, but I certainly can't figure this out on my own. How does one add and modify the little repair blocks that when you use a fusion cutter, can in essence build a turret. I want to actually add these to my map, and make it so they build a different turret. I figured I would just change the side of the buildzone and it would generate a turret for that specific side, that will auto-attack enemies, as that is what I am going for overall.

So does anyone know how to get these into my map? Cause I tried and their show up but don't do any of the floating repair icon stuff, meaning their not working.

If i remeber correctly thats done in the odf itself of the turret

thers is this line like

startunbuild = 1 or something
