I know this isnt battlefront but iv reinstalled Jedi Outcast for some ideas for makin a new map(for battlefront)

The thing is it installed ok but when i go to start playing it loads then suddenly stops and takes me back to desktop where a Jedi Outcast console says the following :

Lord-Bandu, be sure to remove all new *.PK3 files you downloaded before playing to Jedi Knight II...

problem solved (gfx card updates did the trick)

The error message you posted talked about a "'firingforce'" weapon : Is it a new power added by a mod ?

i havent added any mods . i just did the above and got patched up

Strange, I had the same problem a few days ago as I reinstalled JO after a long time not playing. All I did was unistall the game, erased all the directories, then reinstalled, and it worked fine.
