HUD On top of scope?

I added some new weapon icons, but (of course), they disappear when I zoom in. Is there a way to put the icons on top of the scope? So they don't disappear when zoomed in.

i'm not sure of the exact wording, but i think i remember seeing something about this in the rep sniper rifle. have a look in its odf and you should find what you're looking for......

But the rep sniper rifle doesn't even do this...
I would think it would require some work inside the HUD file.
