Joining points [Solved]

Okay, so I've enveloped my model but after the fact I've noticed there are duplicate points on certain parts of the mesh (no duplicate faces to go with though it looks like there are duplicated edges). How do I remove these?
EDIT: It seems they're not duplicated, they're just not joined. Using "Weld Points To Target" solved the issue.
