Does anyone know what the exact name of this sniper rifle is seen in the SW EP3 video game? I haven`t been able to find what this exact model is called. I thought it could be the DC-15x, but this is the DC-15x - I need to know what it`s called so I can enter it into the editlocalize.bat to give my map more accurate weapon names. (Which makes it count as a modding question )

I don't think the weapon was ever officially named. Perhaps it was a variant of the DC-15x?

I personally consider it the real DC-15x because the Pandemic one is really just the DLT-19 (or DLT-19x), which they also called the E-11s. This way the DC-15x designation can actually have a unique model.
