hey guys
from time to time I get a annoying issue (it hapens very often when i use the "bridge" tool)
The funny thing is, that the issue is not visible in any game engine it is just visible in xsi.
I am pretty sure i am not the only one having those "lightning variations" as i usually call them :D

Heres a pic of it any help on that? Is there a setting where i can turn them off?

Thanks in advance for every answer

Shading artifacts on hard surface models can be eliminated by using hard edges where applicable.

Instead of trying to "turn off" poor shading, you should focus on better edge flow to avoid issues like this from the start. It looks like there are way too many edge loops on those flat surfaces anyway unless you're subdivision modeling.

Every Subdibision is used, but i will redo the main part because its way to high poly and I found a way to do it in a lower way :)
Thanks anyway for your help ace :) you are awesome
