Unit spawn with no ammo weapon.

Hey GT! Is It possible to, when a unit spawns, one of his weapons have no ammo? Example: A clone trooper spawns with a rifle, and a pistol. When he spawns, his rifle has no ammo. However, he can get ammo later, (ammo droid or dropped ammo/ ammo/heath packs). Is this possible?
