Normal mod maps

Post by anonimus66 »

Is here anyone, who can recommend a normal mod map? I mean, a map, which do not include new units/or skins, new vehicles and something like that. Do You know any?

Is it too priggish to promote own maps?^^

Geonosis - Freight Dock and Ruuria - Jungle Ruins are maps with only stock units on it :)

Honoghr: Crash Site (I think that's the name) is a fun mod map that used stock units, but had an environment / layout different from all stock maps. It has a lot of open space, if you're into that, but it also has tight psuedo-urban areas as well. Give it a try!

Actually someone recently released a mod that included Endar Spire. I hope he got permission first. http://www.moddb.com/games/star-wars-ba ... k/#3553609

That's not "his" mod. That's a copy of the "BF1" folder from the Conversion Pack, completely unmodified. Report that mod, please.

Edit: And it's not even smart enough to bring in the patched version (2.2). What a lazy idiot.

I'm glad you guys caught this. Mod DB should remove it soon. Why do people do things like that? The conversion pack is pretty popular, someone was bound to notice eventually.

I remember one I played some time ago. It's name was Space Kal-Tarra if I'm not mistaken. I'd link it here, but it seems filefront is down today.
