Folks have often asked how to upload files, so I'm providing instruction on how to upload the file to http://www.filefront.com -- which is a stable file host:
============================================================
STEP 1: Sign up on Filefront (it's 100% free, it's reliable, the downloads never go away, and you can upload tons of files)
Browse to http://www.filefront.com and click register, as seen in THIS image. On the next page, choose a username, fill out an email address and choose a password, as seen in THIS image. Hit 'sign up'. If you come up with an advertisement, click 'continue to filefront'.
STEP 2: Uploading your file
Once your are logged in, you will see a large button on the left side called 'Add File'. Click it. THIS page will appear. Browse to your file, then click 'upload file'. A status bar will appear, like in THIS picture. When it is done, filefront will load a page similar to THIS. Click on 'Describe or Modify [your filename here]', which brings you to THIS page. Here you can put in a description and other things, then click 'save settings'. The next page that comes up is your download page. Copy the entire URL found there, like THIS. Paste it int your release topic.
