The game is original. I can't play online, the game is installed with the patch 1.1 and convo pack 2.2, i am runing in win 7 64 bit, the firewall don't block the game, the game runs right only the online i can't play, when i go to multiplayer and click in join it freeze the game, then pop ups a window that tell "busy (0%)" and then i see the game list with no servers.
What i must to do?

make sure you have the Internet checked in the multiplayer not LAN.

well there is a connection problem somewhere. make sure that "search all regions" is also checked.

After it shows you the game list with no servers, try pressing refresh at the bottom.
If that still doesn't show anything make sure about the search all regions under the internet options. If it is checked uncheck it, if it is unchecked check it (sounds confusing doesn't it)
Also we'll make a grand assumption you are using a legal copy of the game right

Yes i am using a legal copy of the game right.
When i click to refresh the screen freeze, then popups the window busy 0 % and then no servers in the list.

Sry for double post, i reinstalled the game only with the patch 1.1 and now i can play online, but i dont understand why if i install the convopack the online game block it.
