hello fellow modders and people who i most likely don't know.

Galactic Apocalypse takes place after order 66 fails! yes you heard me order 66 fails palpatine is slain before he has a chance. But now the Cis is taking there plans further by building the deathstar but then things run amok! almost every planet is destroyed and the galaxy is fighting just out of pure insanity
map is 80% done

so what do you guys think?

i fixed some of youre images. this map sounds pretty original. i would suggest re-skinning some buildings/units, and definetley a new sky. nice work tho

yea i was gonna fix up the sky... and the skins for the units will be changed.... but idk about the buildings.....

actually, nvm i kinda like how the buildings look too

wow now that sky is impressive. now it looks like an apocalypse lol

oh i also suggest making the fog 0 in the sky text file

nice looking map, the new sky added a very nice touch

Looks good! Vary the textures in some spots though, you don't want one texture to dominate. Also, add some more falmes/smoke to the buildings and ground. Make the flames larger though. Play around with some of the default flames and smokes with Particle Editor.

well i finally got the skins to work =D its my first custom sig =D ( destos does a little happy dance) =P and here are the pics.
and elfie .... last time i touched particle editor it rawred at me and tried to bite my finger off.... lol particle editor is one thing im afraid to touch as of right now.... but if some1 would be willing to help me fix up those flames it would be much appreciated but i thought i was already over doing it with the fire effects...

jeez...that first ones pretty darn good for a first skin. keep up the great work! (its a lot better than mine)

really? its pretty basic lol..... just used 2 colors black and very dark red =D

He, this looks pretty good for a fisrt map!

well.... its not me first map.... just my first publicly released map....lol

also progress will be slowing soon.... my grandma has died( shes been struggling so its nothing new) but i might have to leave someday soon for the funeral..... just a fyi incase i dissapear for a while

I see now how the vehicular I'm making for you will fit into this nicely...this will be one sweet map when all's said and done.
Btw, I'm going to PM you a pic of the current status of the you-know-what later. Coming along nicely I think, even if it's only an hour's worth of work.

I think you should make the clone commanders uniform completely black and then give him red eyes :maulsaber: on the other hand it might make him look like a space marine... map looks awesome though!

well i edited the clone commander and i added a new sort of hero for the reps (its general grevious =D reasoning behind this is because i figured if order 66 failed grev might of found out he was actually shot down by the cis and not the reps..... and so the cis is the reason grev is now a cyborg....) and yes as silas mentioned i am getting a custom made tank im not gonna release much about it... but i will say its the land version of the deathstar =D

oh well. I got the tank's main body mostly done. Just gotta add details and skin it now. Might have to wait though until next week, as I'm leaving for the weekend in about three hours. I'll PM you a picture here in a sec
