is it possible to make a map with 3 playable teams ?

am not sure either if anyone could answer this I would also be interestd in nowing whetever it is possible to have 3 teams

More than two playable teams, no. There's a source that says this but I can't seem to find it. Anyway, you could give the illusion of more than two teams by using "locals" (see docs), but they will not be playable.
