How do I animate the big ocean of water on Kamino? And how do I add weather like rain and lightening?

You don't animate it. You add the code from Kamino's req into your worlds req.

i tried following some tutorial for it and i guess i did it wrong cuz the map wouldnt open anymore so i had to delete it

Kamino is weird. If you follow the tutorial about easily editing shipped maps, the guy uses Kamino as an example. Yes I know it's BF2. There shouldn't be much difference.
