///////////////////////////////Mandalorian Wars Project Draft\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

Mandalorian Civil War Background: When Jaster Mereel came to power among the Mandalorians, he changed the
way Mandalorian society worked. He drafted a guideline for Mandalorian behavior, hoping to purge the old
savage, dishonorable raider and mercenary ways. However, some opposed these reforms, and wanted to continue
with the old ways and eventually once again try to conquer the galaxy. So, they split from the Mandalorians,
and created the Deathwatch, lead by Vizsla. They waged war on the Mandalorians, and the Mandalorian Civil War
began.

Plans for this project: This will be a project that adds the Mandalorian Wars era to all stock maps,
and will also add many new maps that follow the Mandalorian Civil War and Mandalorian Wars as canonically as
possible while still making the maps enjoyable.

New Update: I've come up with an idea for a mode for this new era. I'm adding bounty mode to stock maps. It's basicly a short campaign. You're Jango Fett, and the objectives vary from mission to mission.

The sides:

Look interesting. I'll be looking out for this! How far have you gotten in actually getting it as a new era?

I've localized the era name, added it in, and I have a cp icon for the Mandos. Da_Great_Ghost is making me a Deathwatch cp icon, and Zerted told me a way I might be able to change the era's icon, but we'll see. As for all the troops up there, they've all been created and given those weapons, I just need to fix the floating icons of death. The only one I havn't done on that list is Good Dooku, and both Montrosses need a little work.

Oh man this is what I've been waiting for! I've always wanted someone to make something with the Mandalorians that appeared in open seasons!

You know I'll beta!

Oh and I think the Mandalorian soldier should be more like the numerous green ones in this pic.
http://images2.wikia.nocookie.net/starw ... idraan.JPG
But whatever, its your mod.

Oh and why use the jetpack missile? T I think it would be a lot easier to aim and shoot with just the wrist rocket. ARC Commander included a jetpack missile in his BFX mod and it is really hard to hit anything with it, because the arc of the shot is so large.

Could I beta, also, and this is a brand new era, map or mod?

This is a new era and series of maps. No betas yet, though maybe later.

As for the troops, I based the colors off of what I saw in the open seasons comic on Korda 6. That's the only one I have so far (a bonus on the game Star Wars: Bounty Hunter), but I ordered the complete set on amazon. Hopefuly, I will be able to add campaign mode to each map based off of the open seasons comics (following what happened in them). The jetpack missile is no different than the normal one that jango has, don't worry.

Thanks! I fixed the visor on the Deathwatch Elite trooper, so now it's black instead of red.

Wow. The Deathwatch is exactly what I've been looking for in SWBF2 for a looooooong time! Great work! Hopefully if I get my stuff done, I'd love to try and contribute in someway, like my Deathwatch Bloodguard, Wraith, Ghost, and Overlord

Speaking of DW. I need to get to mapping my bunker. Looking great, dude. Just lemme know if you need any sort of skins or anything to give some huge variety. :P

Thanks. :D I succesfuly added this era to Mygeeto, so I know how to do it now. All I have to do is fix up some floating hud icons, a few of the skins, and some weapons for the MCW* stuff.
*MCW = Mandalorian Civil War
