P.S Is this going to be for GCW as well? If so, I could make some stormie skins (kind of thoughtless on what to make of Rebel skins)

It looks pretty nice. Only you need to think what kind of environment it is exactly before you choose. I mean to me it looks like you should use either shadow clones or arcs. The reason being that shadow clones are like pure black and dark blue phase 1 flanking forces and the arcs were mainly involved in urban warfare. Like the BFX units would be perfect! :mrgreen: But I am not sure if you can isolate the files for the units that easily.

So to sum up in my own opinion I think that arcs would be the best choice the arcs from BFX. And you should do your own heroes. Maybe you could make you even! Then PWON them all with your magic powers of magicnis. :cpu:

No BFX assets were released.


Personally I think an EP3 battalion with a dark blue/grey color scheme would fit, but that's just me.

well the shock troopers are winning. i didnt want a dark skin because it would be hard to see them if you were the cis.

now im not sure what skins il re-do the poll for 4 places. after that no more people wanting to do skins lol.

if you could each post a unit from your skins that would be cool. also who wins il send the file to do put the skins in for them selve as i dont want to mess it up. and the unit count as i cant do it the files look like rar files. unit count: rep:10000 cis:10050

I really like the skins! Very nice detailed job :thumbs: ! But the airborne is that going to be a jet-trooper or sniper?

I still think ARCs would be cooler but whatever.

Okay anyway vehicles: Are you going to do vehicles lesovikk1?

Oh and I know this isn't part of the thread but my mod tools don't work (I'm going to re-download) and I need someone to give me a few pointers so that I can start making maps. I have a lot of idea's but I suck at working with programs like the mod tools and the instructions aren't very good.

If you have any suggestions I will gladly take them here or at my E-Mail.

ANYHOO! Are the CIS going to be custom to?

Well as I am new at the whole GameToast thing I didn't know that that wasn't allowed and no offense taken.

It seemed like there were alot of experienced modders on this thread so I figured I'd give it a try if people are offended or feel uncomfortable I will gladly delete my post. :|

Oh, er.....not to sound like a mini-moderator or anything, but if the polls over, lesovikk, could you maybe remove it from the title? I keep looking at this forum and seeing the word "poll" and thinking "Oooh! Shiny new!" and click on it to see that it's that one that was up a few days ago....
