Does anyone know where I can find a CIS coreship model? I believe one was made by AceMastermind but I haven't been able to find it anywhere.

It's in the shipped space assets. Go into the space template folder in bf2_modtools, and look for the model.

Ok, I had seen it in a map before and assumed it had been released and heard from other people that it had been released but since you say it hasn't it must not be.
