You'd need to edit the model. But errors like this shouldn't crash your game.

ERROR[PC_texturemunge world1\besX.tga]:TextureMunge(besx:11x11x1): Must have power of two dimensions!

Every texture should have a resolution with the power of two dimensions, just like the error says.
But in this case, the two mentioned files are not necessary - you can simply delete them.

"No such file or directory". Isn't that self-explanatory?

SWBF1 didn't require munged animations to have *.anims files, but SWBF2 does and it can't find them, just create the *.anims files for each animation.

EDIT
Here is the contents of the *.anims files:
bes_fly_cloudcar.anims

Code: Select all

ucft
{
	ANIM
	{
		"takeoff"
	}
}
bes2_carbon_forklift.anims

Code: Select all

ucft
{
	ANIM
	{
		"activate"
		"idle"
	}
}

He doesn't want you to create animations, just .anims files. This can easily be done with notepad. You could also use the ones that come with the SWBF2 Mod Tools (or is there something wrong with them?).
