How Do You Create Side-Mods?

I have SWBF2 Mod Tools but all you can do is make maps. Anyone know a program that can make Side-Mods?

The mod tools are capable of making side mods. Assuming you know the
basics, after you've made your side, munge the map and take out the side files and replace the stock files. They are located around here:
C:programfiles/lucasarts/starwarsbattlefrontII/gamedata/data/_lvl_pc/side
I recommend modding the four main factions as they are the most used. Modding is a little bumpy at first, but you will get the hang of it eventually.

I would read the tutorials in the FAQ. If you cant get that working, I suggest you download
x-fire *click this* And create an account. I personally dont enjoy map making, but I love making sides, so I would be happy to help you get the sides working! Once you get x-fire ( you most likely WILL need it at one time or another. ) you can add me. My x-fire is soap82020. Have fun modding, we will be happy to help you out!
