I think the battle droids are what made Season 1 so hit or miss. Their humor is too childish and slapstick; I'd prefer them in smaller doses.

I'm definitely going to see the new episode. I'm sure it'll be filled with a lot of action and explosions, but I heard that:

I totally agree. Skywalker would not stand to see one of his clones executed. I hope Krell dies soon.

@THEWULFMAN and Nova Hawk, Actually I don't want Krell to die... In my opinion he is just trying to get the clones to be like "real" clones.. I now, it's wrong of him executing them, they did a great job, but the problem is that they would have never got that idea.
They are clones, they are supposed to follow their leaders orders not find other ways and just ignore what they are said to do. That's the point with clones, they do what they are said to do. I think clones in Star Wars The Clone Wars have to much to personalities, they are to close to each other and stuff like that... that's why I think the arc trooper colt said in season 3 "never leave a man behind" is wrong, rule number one is "the mission always comes first"... like in Republic Commando, they left Sev and moved on with the mission.

They're not only clones, they are also human beings.That's why they are superior to droids.
A clone can think of new strategies, adapt himself to the situation, it's their main advantage.
If you want troopers who cannot think, don't use humans,even clones, use droids :bdroid2:

One thing I noticed about Krell: He's a Jedi, so shouldn't he be at least compassionate for the clones, and not order them to be executed? I thought that the Jedi respected life.

Perhaps they included this in the show to explain the quick execution of order 66 :
other clones heard of this and that's why they killed all the Jedi without complaining.

Yes, I agree with you, that's why clones are better than droids, but still my point is: they should follow orders and not run around on their own adventures... So in some way I agree with Krell, but it isn't necessary to execute them for what they did.

Yes, they were genetically modified to follow orders.
I guess some Kaminoan made an error while working on genetic modification.

I can sort of agree on the clones not acting like they should, but I prefer them this way. And I want Krell to die because he is a horrible leader with no clue how to fight a war, not because he's trying to get the clones to follow orders.

Yeah, I agree with you in the fact that Krell don't have any good tactics, but I don't wish him dead. Krell is a fascinating character so I hope that he survives.

How's he fascinating? He's shown a clear dislike for the clones. He refers to call them by the number and not their name. He wants to have Fives and that other guy executed.

I actually would like to see him die or have Anakin come and replace him for doing a horrible job while he was away.

Man no one seems to like Krell or his recless military strategy also has anyone noticed that Krell is never around when the shooting starts.

Well that's bundled with the horrible strategy. He's a Jedi, but is not fighting with his troops.
