How do I add popup text?

How do I make that popup text seen in various campaigns? I`ve made normal text popup in the top left but I want to know how to make the actual POP-UP text that pauses the game until you click.

They're part of the objective scripting. You need to reference the _c Lua files.

Yep, just look at how they do it in the campaign luas.
