I just recently saw this movie and it is IMO, one of the best comedy movies ever produced. There are so many great lines in that movie than I can count. My favorite character would either have to be the Pharoh guy or Jedidiah.

Now, discuss.

Lol, I love that one scene where Napoleon captures Larry & Amelia and he's like "So you were guys like friends in college and then not wanting to ruin your relationship by telling the other person that you want to be more than friends and that you actually like-like each other?" -Napoleon "Um, sorry? What? I didn't catch the..." -Larry "So you were guys like friends in college and then not wanting to ruin your relationship by telling the other person that you want to be more than friends and that you actually like-like each other?" -Napoleon "Oh no, no." -"No. I just love the nitty-gritty love relationships. All we french do." -Napoleon :D

Ben Stiller "family" movies are usually pretty bland, this was no exception. I do like watching Amy Adams, who did a good job of making her character watchable. Other than that, it was no great shakes.

Did anyone notice that the Jonas Brothers did a cameo too?

Yeah well, she'd make any character quite "watchable", with or without doing anything :D

Another reason not to watch this movie. And an important one.

Nah. Sorry Nova, but my parents got it for my little brother at Christmas and after watching it, I really didn't think it was all that great. I mean, you'll want to puke for the first 5 minutes, and the rest, while less puke-inducing, still isn't that funny.

Can we please not make this a flame war against the Jonas Brothers?

As much as I'd like to QFT that,

Nova has a point.

I will admit that the bad guys were collectively rather funny, although Al Capone wasn't all that great. Ivan the Terr...Awesome and the Pharaoh were pretty funny. It's just that the funny parts were few and far between all the parts that were bland and otherwise un-funny.

Well, pretty sure this movie was aimed towards younger audiences, so it makes quite a bit of sense that some of you wouldn't find the jokes funny.

I liked the idea of the first movie, but sequels tend to ruin everything, which, IMO, happened here.

Wait, those were the Jonas Sis... I mean brothers who made that cameo? I thought it was some forgotten 90's boy band!

Aside from that, the film's not worth a dime. The good jokes were overshadowed by monumentaly (did I spell that right?) unfunny ones.
