You're looking at a topic that was redirected to the SWBF2 General forum. Since the media forum moves so slowly, that redirect link hasn't actually left the front page. It's appropriately placed in the SWBF2 General list.
And, for what it's worth, it confused me too. It wasn't a recent move of the topic and that really boggled me for a bit.

Yep, the blue and white icon to the left indicates a shadow of the topic that was moved, this is a forum feature. This is so folks will know where to find the topic if they were used to seeing it in a specific location, much like a shortcut, nothing to worry about. 
Topic shadows do not bump to the top and they are all removed eventually. We have an entire section of the forum dedicated to the SWBF series and that topic fits the SWBF2 General description better than any others here.
