Off-topic : Shadowman', I am feeling sorry in advance in case you would mind the following Comment, but I cannot consider your above Findings as being worth a belonging to the Class of Cheat Codes applicable towards Star Wars : Empire At War, simply because of the fact this Lack of Evolutionarity coming from a Major Imperial Character is way far from providing the whole concerned Faction a certain Strategic Advantage opposite their Traditional Adversaries, and that's why I would have perhaps advised you to consider this Discovery as sort of "Glitches", as you have apparently guessed yourself on GameSpot© Forums... :wink:

Off-topic : Merely say that this newly-chosen Label would even more fit the exact content supplied thanks to this thread, but since I assume you might list and report upcoming Issues resembling to the one concerning this Imperial Strategist and inherent to Star Wars : Empire At War, then I would have perhaps suggested changing this Title towards something being a little more "Generalist" and understandable for GameToast Users having a look at it, such as "Star Wars© : Empire At War Glitches Report", for sample...

it is neither a glitch or a cheat it is meerily part of the game, when you start a ground battle in foc and a unit is in the first to land slot the unit has 0 population because its like a starting unit. im not sure if this works in space yet. i think this works with all factions. its cheap but good >: )
