As the title says, I cannot get my mac snow leopard laptop running safari 5.01 to play online videos. I think the issue is only with flash ones however, as i can view xfire ones just fine. Where the video should be is just an empty white box, and when i right click on it, it just says "movie not loaded" in greyed out writing, and underneath that it has "about Adobe Flash Player 10", so i'm pretty sure it has something to do with either my flash player, or with safari. I would like to keep safari, so alternate browsers aren't an option, and i have tried installing the latest updates for safari, my mac, and flash player, so i'm pretty sure its not an outdated thing.

So why do they bother having a mac installer? Seems a bit stupid to make a mac version which doesn't do anything....

It should work on a mac. If not try to reinstall. If it still doesn't work, get Windows.

That's the iPhone and iPad, I have personally watched youtube videos on a Mac.

Try another browser just to see if it is Flash Player or Safari
