This free game seems to be only for high-end computers, but it looks pretty sweet. I can't play it because to fully experience it you need a Ageia PhysX card and a good computer. Enjoy.

Urban Terror

Free FPS that used to be a total conversion mod for Quake 3, but just recently turned into a standalone game. It is quite easy to jump into, and is also equally addicting. Best free FPS I have ever seen.

(America's Army doesn't count because it is government funded)

Here is another pretty sweet game. It is a standalone multiplayer fps/tps that takes place in the comand and conquer universe.

*EDIT

I don't know if this has been posted before but it is a really fun game. I have never been much of a fan of turn-based games, but I found this to be really fun. It has a lot of campaign choices with different stories.

*EDIT2

For some reason Prince of Persia, Far Cry, and Rayman are free. Apparently Ubisoft released them completely for free. I think they are free because these versions are complete, but they are supported by ads. Check it out.

*EDIT3

Ghost Recon (the origional) was also released for free. It is ad-supported though. The graphics are not that good, but you can modify them so they look alright.

Sorry about the all caps trust me, it was necessary.

I just gotta say this, please don't flame me or tell me things like:

"Nerd."
"This game (insert swearword here)."
"ROFL!!!!"
etc..
Hopefully GT won't be like my school.

Yep..RuneScape...

I'd give it a 4/5 overall, and the graphics (for a Java game) are pretty good..(You try coding graphics like that in Java, and then complain..)

Runescape is a waste of time.

You've stated your opinions, now it's my turn.
