Where do I find the modtools? [Solved]

Hi, I just signed up the other day I am a little late to the whole modding thing but I wanted to know if anyone could point me in the right direction i.e. what tools I should use where to get them if possible and any F.A.Qs. I did some searching and found some in the fourms I mainly just need to know what tools I need.

That's a download link for the tools. They have a lot of helpful information in the "documentation" folder.
Gametoast's own one-stop-shop for info, the "Everything you need" thread, is currently down, but you're welcome to ask how-to questions in this forum as they pop up. Make sure you read the documentation first - we're a supplement to that, not a replacement. And welcome to Gametoast!

If you want to mod SWBF1 click here
If you want to mod SWBF2 click here
If you want to make new skins for your units use
the GIMP or Photoshop.
For Tutorials you normally can look into the "Everything you need thread" but it's broken atm.
