Ok, so I have made a few custom maps before, but it's been years since I've started again. I have been trying to add the Hoth sky to my map for weeks and it doesn't seem to work. I've done everything:

1) I took the Hoth sky file and renamed it to my three letter map name and also imported all the associated sky files to my world folder....that didn't work

2) I tried other sky files...That didn't work

3) I read a post here that instructed that I had to go to Zero Editor, go to Light options and on the environment Map Name field, I had to load the sky file....That didn't work

4) I did a Clean.....that didn't work!!!


If anyone can help me, I'll be soo thankful....

Did you try opening the sky file then copying and pasting the lines into your sky file?

What is not working? Is the sky black? Then you most likely forgot some texture
Is it still the yavin one? You may have not saved the new file after you changed it.
It mostly doesn't recognize the change unless you save.

Thx for the advice....I got it working after I opened the sky file then copied and pasted the lines into my sky file. I've never had this simple problem before...anyways, thx for taking the time to reply guys
