XSI running in Battlefront

How can i make the XSI run in Zero editor and later in the game??

XSI is an application. It does not run in-game.
If you mean how to get your model in-game, assuming you don't have the full version of XSI but only the free Mod Tool, you'll need to download Rep's MshEx utility. Look in the 3d modelling forum, that's more suited to your question, as well as having links to MshEx.
