Basic animation tutorial?

I'm getting pretty annoyed about the fact that whatever search engine I use to find a basic animation tutorial, they return tutorials that use ridiculously complicated words that they don't even bother to elaborate on. Could somebody please provide a link to a simple, beginner animation tutorial for me please? The only decent one I've been able to find so far is the video tutorial by 3D Buzz, but that's a bit too basic if you know what I mean. I'd like something that covers rigging and all of that other complicated er... stuff.

Thanks!

Ha Ha beat Caleb to it this time. The following link is to the XSI modtools 6 page there are some pretty good tuts there. The overview one is good, a little long but they get into animation towards the end. http://www.softimage.com/products/modtool/learn.aspx.

There is also another tut in the FAQ for exporting if you have the full vesion. I will edit and post the link. This is by Minilogoguy it is pretty good and easy to follow. http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4471
Read through the whole topic as there is one part in there about common mistake of not freezing modeling and transforms before exporting the files.
