Errors!!! (Solved happily)

I'm so unhappy!! :cry:
My munger got stuck on something and then my pc shut down! I got it back up again and cleaned, then deleted the 3 letter folder form addon and then when I munge again it comes up with this!!!

well I can't get rid of two files which were the last two to be munging when my pc shut down.
It comes up with this:
ERROR DELETING FILE OR FOLDER
Cannot delete rep_inf_jettrooperskinned.texture: It is being used by another user or program.
Close any programs that might be using the file and try again.
There's no other tabs but the PC folder that I'm clearing out!!!!! :cry: Any help pleasssssssse!!!

You could try rebooting your computer. Then try a manual clean.

I doubt it will work because there are no tabs anyway!!!
There might be copies of it though - is that why? :cry:

I don't know. But rebooting won't hurt, so I would still do it.

Every way I've tryed hasnt worked but I'll try rebooting although it won't help.. :cry:
WTF I tried to shut down and this is on my screen:
End Program - C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe
Windows cannot end this program.
FATAL ERROR
It may need more time to complete a operation.
To return to Windows (blah blah blah)

Hm, I've never had that before. (Windows stinks) Hold CTRL + ALT + DELETE and tell me what programs show up.
EDIT, wait, no that won't work.
EDIT2: Maybe you should just turn the power switch off. That's what I do in cases like these.
