How to creating .msh files ?

Well, I think I've to create an msh file, since I didn't succeed to use the Savage Opress skin using other model (Darth Maul, Qui-Gon and Cyborg Maul).
How can create an .msh with the .tga files from Savage Opress ?
EDIT
Hello modders and mappers, here is Indytotof.
The goal of this topic is a single question:
I've some textures converted in .tga (Savage Opress and Ahsoka Tano (final outfit)) but there is no .msh files attached to it (and no files I can converted into .msh, unlike the Maulkiller .glm file that I can converted into .msh file).
So the question is: Is there a way to create a .msh file attached with the dedicated .tga files ?
Thanks for your help guys !

O.O you have the texture first and want to make the msh now??
You need XSI and make a new msh. Or you find an existing msh, edit in XSI and make a new texture and lay your one over it.
All you need is in the FAQ Thread/XSI FAQ Thread

You're going to have to make a new model from scratch. I'd honestly go with the texturing method.

It will be MUCH EASIER to just make a "savage opress" skin for the normal darth maul.
If you want to make a new player model it will also be much easier to make your own skin for it. Fitting the models textures to yours is needlessly difficult. If you HAVE to use those textures then your best bet is to convert the model.

The problem is that the Savage Opress skin (who are in pieces) is very accurate to what he look like in the show. And I want to use these specifics textures (the Savage's ones as the Ahsoka's ones). And there is no model attached to them so that's why I need too creating new one's.
But the thing is way to hard for my talents. Is there a more simple way to use them ?
Have a look at Savage's ones (Ahsoka's one as separated the same way):
Thanks.

This conversation is going in circles, you were told how to do this in
your other thread and you even marked the thread as [Solved], no need to have the same discussion in 2 threads. Creating new geometry to fit UVs wouldn't be very efficient anyway, especially for a character model.
I'm just going to merge the 2 threads since the actual subject is the same.

I made a Shirtless Savage Opress, if you'd like to use it:
I used the body texture from a picture on the internet, resized, and changed the colour.

The thing is I've accurate textures for both units and, unline Maulkiller and the respective saber hilt for the three units (Ahsoka, Maulkiller and Opress) there is no .glm files (that I can convert into .msh) attached to Ahsoka and Savage Opress.
I will check for others .glm files that I can edited with XSI (when I will learned how to do that).
But now, I will do something less difficult: making a hairy Asajj Ventress that will be staring in the upcoming TCW novel with Quinlan Vos in summer 2015, as you can see here:
Thanks.

To do that you will need to learn how to use xsi to attach clothes like this ones and add models+his hair.

It's a her. Otherwise, though, Legend is right.
