Rogue Squadron Released for Free?

Before I go any further, I'd like to point out to any mods/admins that I am NOT asking for warez/pirated material

I've played all of the "Rogue" games. And recently I was wondering, was Rogue Squadron was ever released for free? I looked on Google, but didn't really get a whole lot of results, but I figured someone here might know. If anyone does know, let me know. And if anyone has a link to a download, (NO WAREZ, only give me a link if you're sure it was released) I'd like it.
Once again, mods/admins, I'm not asking for warez. Alright, that's all, sorry for the over the top reassurances, but I don't wanna risk a ban
