Making Vehicles

Hi I'm new to gametoast and the modding world. I have a question about modding. I was wondering if you could make new vehicles for your map. If anyone knows please tell me. Thanks.

Yes. You have to either make a model (using XSI) or get one, then make all the necessary files, such as odf's and req's. I hope this helped. BTW, welcome to GT! gtpwn
