Don't make video avatars your avatar. It's not fair to the users who still have 56k. A gif file should be a maximum of around 10-15 frames. Nowhere near long enough for a movie.

How do you make a small gif. your avatar anyways? do you have to upload it to some site and write the URL of the location containing the gif.? Is there an easier way?

What site would I upload it to then? Im not a member of any of those picture sites and I didn't know they took gifs.
