Hi! I am trying to rewrite a mission.lvl for a map called Clone Wars: Kashyyyk v1.4 - http://www.gamefront.com/files/13273093 ... __Kashyyyk Because this map crashes too often. I opened the original mission.lvl in Hex editor and found names of CPs and classes. I compiled script and tried a map. Everything works fine except one thing - all vehicles are not spawning.

I've no idea why your vehicles won't spawn, at first glance of your script everything looks ok. Maybe try a hex comparison of your mission.lvl and the original to see if you can spot any differences.
