this map has taken forever, and I say this must be good. But different...Different, but good. And I notice Mav's good ol' effects going on there (the blaster impact). Good job, this is what you can accomplish as a group in a community with a common goal. Next up: Battlefront 3: brought to you by gametoast! lol.

this is a very nice map but it takes for ever and the sides get kind of boring after a while when every one uses force stasis and the are a lot of collision problems
Xavious wrote:If I got a penny for every collision problem I had, I would be Bill Gates!
There are also a few localization errors hat should be fixed i.e. "icendiary grenade"
but all in all this is a nice work and is a nice map to have fun on and just fly around. Good job Rep
BTW: best of luck to you at college

Well, it seems I got SWBF2 fixed just in time for this! Now we shall have a "true" city RPG map. To all of the developers, you have outdone yourselves. RepSharpshooter, best of luck in college. Why am I talking all noble-ish? Well, this map explains why. The Tournytime chatroom commends you guys.

Now, off to RPG. *SWBF2 Aayla Secura theme* Keep up the *excellent* work!!!!!

DMI is a really good map, you can do all sorts of things on it, explore, fight, maybe some made up game like Bounty Hunting, great roleplaying and ---Racing---. This map is just... wow, it really blew my mind. One of my favourite things to do on DMI is racing, Yes, it's really really good. There's this Dirt track out there and you can use those "Cars" or "Dirt Buggies" to race around that track, it really makes me feel like i'm in the Fast & Furious movies. I like pretending to race for pink slips (lol) You can try racing in the streets, maybe you can get an even better feel of racing in the city, try turning on bots and listening to some cool music. Epic sauce. Only one thing i came across, it freezes up and crashes, but that rarely happens. Thats the only complaint i have. Nothing else.
all in all, really good map RepSharpShooter. Kudos to you sir and best wishes in college.

Hmmm....
Even though I contributed the map crashes. I ran it in debug mode and came up with about seven severity three errors. Does the map have water?

you know, I really wish I stepped up to the plate and claimed a lot. That way I could have a Mr Crayon's lot with my battlefront funnies to look at inside. *sigh* lesson learned...
unless there is a version 2 with my name on it?

I don't know the whole story, but I think I remember someone saying Rep was going to pass the DMI assets to someone else to carry the baton. I don't know if that ever happened, though. If that's the case, I'm sooooo making a new lot.

Rep himself said he would release the assets at some point.

He has released some of them in the form of the DMI starter pack - I think Mav used them in Aquilaris, to name one example.

That would be a bad example, since I did all the building modeling for that, but yes, there are a couple maps other people worked on that used them.

One of them being me. I used them in my Terminator Salvation 1.0 map. I'm using them in my currently WIP 2.0 version, as well.
