AI doesn't spawn!

Having yet more problems with my map, this time its spawning that's the issue. The AI units simply don't spawn. I can spawn, they can't. I havn't been meddling with any of the files, and the mungelog showed no errors (for once). Any ideas?

Yep, thats it. Man, I really need to run searches before I ask stuff. And re-read the documentation...
