Visual Munge flash.ocx error

Hi GT, just wanted to bring this up and see if anyone else has encountered the error. I've had it happen twice now - on closing VM the following error appears:
From what I can tell, VM works fine. I'm running Win 7 Professional 64-bit and after installing the munge fix I have had no issues. I'm just curious why VM has anything to do with adobe flash.
