Hi, I'm sorry if this isn't the right section, and i'm sorry for my bad english, i know this is a modding forum, but i think that maybe you could help me. Me and my cousin have SWBF2, and we would like to play together, the only way we can do this, is with hamachi. I read about it, some people in a hamachi net, can see their own matches going to SWBF2 Multyplayer--> participates -->LAN But i don't know how it works, me and my cousin have installed SWBF2 and hamachi, we have a hamachi net where we are, but when one of us go to Multyplayer and create a match, the other doesn't see it.
Can you tell me step by step, how have we to do?

Hmm...I read about Hamachi on Wikipedia, and here are my suggestions.

Make sure that the link is between each of your computers. Once one of you has created a server, go to the LAN menu and not the Online menu. If it isn't in the LAN menu, try refreshing the list of servers. If it isn't in the LAN menu, it might be in the Online. I'm not the most knowledgeable on the subject though, but there are a lot of very tech savy people here on GT.

Why can't you just play through the internet as opposed to creating a virtual LAN with Hamachi? Either way, you need the internet...

because my cousin isn't isn't very good at it, and he would be destroyed and also because it's more difficult to find each other in the same server and with the maps we like.
If i asked for hamachi is because i would like to do it with hamachi, don't you think?

Couldn't you just make your own Internet game and put a password on it?

I create a match and have i to start it or no?
How can my cousin find it?

Multiplayer>Create

Just set it up like normal instant action and insert the title and password in the top right corner.

Your cousin goes to multiplayer>join and finds you map then double clicks it(should be around the bottom).

about the it should be around the bottom part, thats not always. you can have different ways the servers in the list are sorted and also it could depend on map, server name, players, or more where its position in the place would be.

just look in the PC area not the PC dedicated or All settings.
