Space CPs [Solved]

hi ,
can someone tell me if it is possible to make more than one commandpost (one in which can actually spawn) per side in a space map and if yes how?

It is possible. Check the FAQ thread and the Getting Started Space .doc.

well, in the getting started space doc it says nothing about making extra fully functional cps...the getting started stuff only says how to do it on ground maps....and also in the FAQ there's nothing about how to do this ...are you sure this is possible ?..bacause i can't find anything in the space lua.-files which is simillar to the normal lua files -

They may seem a little different at first, but functionally they are no different, and neither is setting up CPs in space versus CPs on land. Space maps
are the same as land maps; they're just bigger and they don't have terrain.

well i meant that the space lua files are pretty different from the normal land-lua files..there are no entries for CPs in the space lua files.

There are no entries for CPs in hero assault, CTF, hunt, campaign, or any other non-conquest .luas either. Setting up CPs to spawn from is not inextricably bound to doing something in a .lua file.

well but did put new CPs ,and the corresponding regions ,paths and all in my map in ZE and DIDN'T change anything in the lua files ..the cps showed up in the game , but i couldn't spawn there .

Were the CPs assigned to a team? Could you not physically spawn there or you just spawned and died?

Did you double check to make sure the paths were named properly and properly referenced in the CP's Instance Properties box?

yes they were assigned to a team and i was physically not able to spawn there.

Is this in Modtool or in the actual game?
