Problem uploading map. [Solved]

I recently tried to upload my map, but it only got to stage 3 where you fill in the details. After clicking on the green tick box to submit the file nothing happens, but an error message is shown.
I tried again and changed the file name, but it had the same result.

error written in the bottom left hand corner were the black arrow points as an example:

No, it's not there. I suppose the upload could have timed out.

This can be locked. I've got it uploaded.
