After .fbx import all textures are messed up [Solved]

Hey all,
I have downloaded some Battlefront 3 Assets and tried to import bobafett.fbx. It works all fine, except of one (or two) thing(s).
First, there are no textures. If I select "Textured Decal" the whole model disappears (It is still there, but..also gone).
And secondly all textures I load succefully look messed up. Like all polygons read different coordinates in Texture Editor and it looks weird, but also a bit funny.
Is there any proper way to import .fbx files without having these bugs? I use Softimage Modtool 7.5 and the pre installed version of CrossWalk. Thank you very much for your help.

maybe its a solution:
- importe fbx file with noesis software
- export it to .obj format
- import .obj file into xsi

i think that way keep textures applied

You might also try updating your FBX plugin to the latest version (2013.3): http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc ... d=10775920

Thank you guys for your help. I downloaded the fbx converter marth linked to me and after exporting the file to .obj formate the textures are no longer messed up. Thank you very much for your help.

Some tubes times you need to mirror the uv or texture. As far as I know xsi can do that while importing
