No, I did all that... I don't get what I'm doing wrong...

Off-topic : Well, I am almost sure that the content of the *.TEXTURE files I have shared with you could be rather easily exploited through Star Wars Battlefront Factions, but in order to make sure that these recurring Issues aren't related to the Internal Files shipping with the aimed LucasArts® Design, I would wish you to give me the Label of the Side you have attempted to modify using your usual Hexadecimal Editor, the name of the Unit you would have aspired to edit and the exact one of the *.TEXTURE Graphics File you have willed to apply on this same Playable Character...

I did all that, and it STILL isn't working. What should I do now?

Off-topic : I have remarked that the "imp.lvl" file you submitted to me in order to let me look at the Steps you had proceeded to earlier was slightly different from the one being exploited by Star Wars Battlefront PC Version, but while assuming that Apple® Mac OS must manipulate the concerned LeVeL Entity the same way as Microsoft® Windows, I should perhaps consider uploading my own one so as to determine it could allow you to make the chances you would eventually aspire to, but I have to warn you that it won't be achieved before a few days...

I'm beginning to think this is impossible. Every single attempt I've made to do this has come out badly. I hope this file solves the problem.

Off-topic : jedikiller', before considering follow Workarounds in order to make your custom Textures work through Star Wars Battlefront, I have to warn you that I have always attempted to limit the Amount of GameToast members I could visibly disappoint, and that's why I have not planned on giving up your case, no matter whether you seem to be slightly despaired, additionally to the fact you seemed to originally know about the fact you might encounter problems while trying to achieve your different Goals...

I know, and I'm not giving up however hard it seems. I know one of these days we'll figure out how to do it...

Off-topic : Alright, I have proceeded to the
complete Uploading of the "
imp.lvl" file having natively shipped with my own version of
Star Wars Battlefront, and I would so
greatly advise you to take a look at
this FilesPoint© web-page, in order to figure out whether the Consequences implied by the Hexadecimal Editing of the concerned
Le
Ve
L file aren't inherent to this
Star Wars Battlefront Faction itself...

Thanks. I'll take a look at it.

Ok that failed as well. Can you maybe try doing it on your computer and seeing if that works? and then submit it to me? Can you use the file clone_commander_cody.texture in SkinsImpNew on the stormtrooper? Because that's the one I'm trying to use...

Off-topic : That's indeed what I had planned on proposing in case the submitting of my own "imp.lvl" file would not eventually help you so much, and once I will have proceeded to this minor Hexadecimal Editing and checked out whether it has been properly taken into Account through Star Wars Battlefront, I would wish you to compare the content of both this newly-altered LeVeL file and the one I have provided to you thanks to my previous reply using your usual Hexadecimal Editor, which must probably take advantage of a "Comparison" feature...

Alright then. I anxiously await your reply.

Off-topic : As agreed, I have completed the Submitting Process of the concerned
Star Wars Battlefront Faction,
jedikiller', and if things have indeed occured as expected, then you should be able to get your hands down on my modified "
imp.lvl" file thanks to the content dispensed on
this FilesPoint© web-page. Once you will have achieved the Repatriating Procedure of this
ZIP Archive, then I would suggest watching and studying its
whole content in order to figure out what you may have done wrong while attempting to aggregate External Textures towards it...

OK. Yours worked (no surprises there) so I'm going to figure out what I am doing wrong.

Off-topic : OK,
jedikiller32, feel free to compare the content of both the "
imp.lvl" file I generated and uploaded earlier with the
Star Wars Battlefront Imperial Faction you have attempted to modify and made to work yourself, and hopefully, you should eventually notice that the changes I have brought to the aimed
Le
Ve
L Entity were even easier to apply than you could ever imagine, and in case you would still be willing to obtain more Informations regarding this Means of editing the concerned
LucasArts® Product, then do not hesitate to share
all of them with me...

Wait a minute. Leviathan can you try editing the imp.lvl that came with MY computer to see if THAT's the problem? Becasue if it works then I'm doing something wrong..

Off-topic : Because of the fact the "imp.lvl" file shipping with the Apple® Mac OS Version of Star Wars Battlefront you previously accepted to share with me had already undergone the modifications and tweaks I explained and described to you earlier, I cannot guarantee that the multiple Steps I could follow in order to find whether the Origin of your problems are inherent to your very own Imperial Faction will be successful, and that's why I might request the uploading of the Original one coming with your Release of the concerned Pandemic Studios® Design...

Off-topic : As I should have guessed earlier, the "imp.lvl" file shipping with the Apple® Mac OS Version of Star Wars Battlefront can be compared to the one included with the Microsoft® Windows Release of this same LucasArts® Product, since I have obtained a Conclusive Outcome after having proceeded to the usual Instructions on the above LeVeL Entity, which may tend to prove that you must have made a few Mistakes while attempting to merge one of the *.TEXTURE files I dispensed to you with the adapted Star Wars Battlefront Side, and acting as I have suggested earlier might be your only Means of determining what has gone wrong during the editing of the Imperial Faction...
