Are there any informations confirmed right now that you will be able to select and set reinforcement ticket counter and or how many bots are on the map? I´m talking about singleplayer gameplay.

you have to be able to, you'd think that it would be an easy thing to put into the game so why wouldnt they

Pandemic needs only to copy the multiplayer options into the instand action options and voila you can change ticket numbers and numbers of bots on the map.
